Due to the perishable nature of our energy gels, returns are only accepted for unopened, original packaging within 14 days of delivery. We prioritize food safety and quality assurance to ensure every athlete receives the highest standard of nutrition.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Verify that your Enervit E.SPORT Gel packs are unopened, sealed, and within 14 days of the original delivery date.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in a sturdy box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the outside with your RMA number.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package to our distribution center using a tracked shipping method; once inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
